What we collect

Through the contact form we collect name, company, professional email address, AI spend range, providers used and any message you choose to include.

Purpose

We use this data to respond to your request, prepare the audit and maintain the resulting commercial communication. We use it for no other purpose.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries addressed to us.

Data processed during the service

The audit and optimisation run on aggregated, anonymised consumption data: volumes, models used and associated cost. We do not access prompt content or the personal data your organisation processes through its AI systems.

Retention

We retain contact data for as long as a commercial relationship or mutual interest exists, and thereafter for the legally required periods.

Recipients

We do not transfer data to third parties. The technology providers we use to host the site and manage email act as processors within the European Economic Area or under equivalent safeguards.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@e-ficient.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
